Being new to this office/doctor I was initially put off for several reasons. It took 5+ minutes for someone to come to the front desk to greet me/check me in. Once someone was at the front, I gave them my name and appointment time and they said they couldn't find my information. After digging around to find my referral, the attendant at the front said I was for the OTHER doctor...not the one she worked with. If there are two separate systems for the separate doctors...shouldn't an attendant for BOTH doctors be up front during business hours, or at least allow whomever is up front to see ALL appointments? She then called behind this glass door to let the person -that worked for the doctor I was there to see - know I was there. Never did THAT employee come to greet me or gather my information. I also later saw...on a clipboard on the front desk...a sign in sheet for the doctor I was there to see. What good is a clipboard to sign in on if the person helping Dr. Naeem isnt even coming to the front to look at it? Bad initial impression. The wait time after check in was reasonable. The nurse that took my vitals was nice, and the doctor was great and took his time speaking to me during my appointment. All in all, it was a good visit, but the front desk staffing needs improvement.

I appreciated the time that Dr.Naeem took to understand my digestive issue. He did not seem in a hurry and needing to rush to see another patient versus other physician's that I've seen in the past that I felt did not take the time to understand any medical issue I might be having. He asked good questions and I felt that he understood my symptoms and relayed some good solutions.

Over 30 years of gastro intestinal pain and various other pain in my body with numerous doctors and tests, Dr Naeem is the only doctor that has helped relieve my symptoms.

Dr. Naeem's office staff is very nice and fast. Every appt I had, Dr. Naeem was very attentive, answered all questions, never made me feel rushed as other doctors. He took his time to explain everything, very educative too. God bless them all always

I've seen Dr. Naeem for a few years on different health issues. I've had nothing less than positive visits each and every time. His greeting staff and end staff.
